If you are not satisfied with your course purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of enrollment. This guarantee applies to all our 3D modeling courses, including fundamentals, advanced techniques, and specialized programs.
To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 30 days of your course purchase date. Refunds are available for courses where less than 30% of the content has been accessed. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these criteria.

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Certain items are non-refundable, including downloadable course materials that have been accessed, certificates of completion that have been issued, and courses purchased during special promotional periods with specific terms.
Upon approval of your refund, your access to the course materials will be revoked. Any certificates or credentials earned will be invalidated.
We do not offer direct course exchanges. If you wish to enroll in a different 3D modeling course, please request a refund for your current course and purchase the desired course separately.
